This hourly fee does NOT include parts cost.
Full cost of RMG winch repair is dependent on the problem with the winch.

My goal is to first evaluate the problem with the winch and determine the cost to repair the winch and inform the owner of the problem and cost as well as a recommendation on weather it is cost effective or not to repair the winch or purchase a new one.
